Homemade pasta sauce
It's quick, cheap and easy to make your own pasta sauce. Our recipe is great for children and packed with veg. Serves 3. Prep time: 30mins
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 2 large fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1 x 400g can chopped tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon tomato purée
- 1 tablespoon dried mixed herbs or oregano
