• 2 cups butter
• 4 large egg yolks
• 4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups finely chopped hazelnuts
• 4 egg whites
• 1/4 cup raspberry jam ( for topping )
