- 1/2 cup water
- 2-3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 6-oz cans of tomato paste
- 3 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp allspice (optional)
- 1/4 tsp onion powder (optional)
