• 90g Chipotle Chilli Paste, or chipotle peppers In adobo sauce, finely chopped
• 440g Skinless Salmon Fillets, cut into 1cm cubes
• 2 tbsp Clear Honey
• 2 tbsp Plain Flour
• 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
• 1.5 tsp Ground Cumin
• 100g Feta Cheese, crumbled
• 1 Jalapeño (Green Chilli), thinly sliced
• Maldon Salt, to taste
• 8 Mini Tortillas, yellow corn if you can source them
• 3 Baby Cucumbers, thinly sliced
• 1 Lime, zest and juice
• 1 head Baby Gem Lettuce, shredded
• 10 Radishes, thinly sliced
• 250ml Soured Cream
• 6 Garlic Cloves, very finely chopped
• 2 tsp Onion Powder
• 4 tbsp Neutral Oil, such as sunflower or grapeseed
