- 1 handfull Caster Sugar to sprinkle
- 175 g SuperValu Brown Sugar Add more if Rhubard is very tart
- 10 stem SuperValu Rhubarb washed & cut into 1cm pieces
- 1 - SuperValu Vanilla Pod cut lengthways with seeds retained
- 50 ml Water
- 1 - Fresh Egg
- 200 g Plain Flour
- 125 g SuperValu Butter
- 50 g SuperValu Ground Almonds
- 90 g SuperValu Icing Sugar
