Ingredients

• 4 tablespoons ground coffee
• 2 teaspoons Cocoa powder
• 2 1/4 pounds 85% lean hamburger
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
• 1 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
• 1 cup chopped Jalapeno peppers
• 12 oz (bottle) of Chipotle hot sauce
• 4-6oz prepared mayonnaise
• Vegetable oil, for rubbing on the grill rack
• 6 thick slices Pepper jack cheese
• 6 whole wheat hamburger buns, split
