- ½ Tropical Gold pineapple cored and cut into small cubes or 1 can of Dole pineapple chunks
- 3 tbsp white sugar
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 50ml of stock/water
- ½ tsp cornflour (optional)
