Ingredients

• 1 C. vegetable juice ( Mary Shaleks is what I use, or V-8)
• 1/2 C. vodka
• 1 tsp. sea salt
• 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
• 1 tsp. hot sauce
• 1 T. lemon juice
• 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 T. crushed garlic
• 1 tsp. onion powder
• 1 tsp. celery seed
• 1 T. prepared horseradish
• 4 T. olive oil
• 1 pound flank steak
