Dawn's Ham & Egg Bake

Ingredients

• 6 eggs
• 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon ground mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 container sour cream (8 ounces)
• 3/4 cup milk
• 2 cups cubed fully cooked ham (12 ounces)
• 1 cup chopped roma (plum) tomatoes (3 medium)
• 2 cups shredded Cheddar Monterey Jack and American cheese blend (8 ounces)
• 1 1/2 teaspoons freeze-dried chives
