• 400 ml of red wine
• 400 ml of water
• 1 bundle of herbs (bay leaf

• 1 beef stock cube
• 2 tablespoons of flour for coating
• A splash of olive oil
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 pinch of ground black pepper
• Garlic
