Ingredients

• 1 pound ground sirloin or chuck
• 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
• 2 medium tomatoes, peeled and diced, or 1 8-ounce can diced tomatoes
• 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
• 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 4-ounce cream cheese, softened
• 4 ounces sour cream
• 1/3 cup green onions, thinly sliced
• 1 1/2 cups egg noodles, prepared according to package directions
• 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• Paprika, to taste
