Mushroom risotto recipe

Ingredients

• 4 parsley leaves, chopped
• 8 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 100 g butter
• 4 onion
• 4 chestnut mushrooms
• 200 g parmesan or Grana Padano, freshly grated
• 200 g dried porcini mushrooms
• 4 vegetable stock cube
• 4 white wine
• 1200 g risotto rice, such as arborio
• 8 tbsp olive oil
