Spicy Sweet Corn & Tomato Gazpacho

Ingredients

• Black Pepper
• 2 tsp sea salt
• 2 pints sweet yellow tomatoes
• 3 ears sweet corn
• 1 15.5 oz can Great Northern white beans
• 1/4 cup sherry vinegar
• Yogurt
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 yellow bell pepper
• 1 tsp garlic chili paste
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/2 small shallot
