Ingredients

• 1 1/2 c shredded raw zucchini
• 1/2 c white whole wheat flour
• 1/2 c buckwheat flour
• 1/2 c almond flour
• 1/2 c cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 c olive or coconut oil
• 1/4 c yogurt or buttermilk
• 3/4 c sugar
• 2 lg eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 c chocolate chips
• 1/4 c dried cranberries
