• 3 garlic cloves
• 200 ml corn kernels
• 1 red pepper
• 2 tbsp butter
• 500 g minced meat
• 1 bag taco spice mix
• 1 can crushed tomatoes
• 800 ml water
• 3 chicken broth cubes

• 300 ml sour cream
• 150 g Arla® B.o.b cheddar, grated
• 200 ml tortilla chips
• 1 pot fresh coriander
