Salmon Loaf with Dill Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

• 1/2 pckg puff pastry dough
• 2 pieces fresh salmon,baked,and flaked
• 3/4 cup bread crumbs
• 3/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup chopped onions
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 beaten egg
• DILL SAUCE
• 1 cucumber diced
• 3 tablespoons chopped onion
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill, or 1 teaspoon dried dill
• 1/2 cup water
