This Crock Pot roast has great flavor and uses a wonderful technique. We cooked our meat on high for 4 hours and it came out tender.

- 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce, dark
- 2 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup(s) brewed black coffee
- 1/4 cup(s) dry brown gravy mix
- 1/2 - onion cut up
- 1 package(s) sliced mushrooms
