• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into cubes
• 2 to 3 tbsp ice water
• 1 egg, for egg wash
• 3 peaches, thinly sliced
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 tbsp + 1 tsp cornstarch
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp cardamon
• 6 ounces raspberries
• 1 tbsp heavy cream
• Turbinado sugar
