- Chicken – 500 gms
- Onions finely chopped – 1 cup
- Ginger finely chopped – 2 tsp
- Garlic finely chopped - 4-5 cloves
- Dry red chilies - 3-4 nos
- Fresh Cream - 1 cup
- Chilly powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander powder – 1 1-2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Pepper powder – 1 tbsp
- All spices powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves for garnish
- Mint Leaves for garnish
- Oil
- Salt
- For the Marinate
- Thick yogurt – 1/2 cup
- Tomato sauce – 3 tbsp
- Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp finely chopped.
