• ½ lb Sweet/Mild Italian Sausage links
• ½ lb Hot Italian Sausage links
• 1 lb baby potatoes, parboiled
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
• 1 small red bell pepper, chopped
• 1 small yellow bell pepper, chopped
• 1 Italian long hot pepper, chopped (optional)
• 4 garlic cloves, smashed or chopped
• ½ cup olive oil
