• 1 bunch of coriander
• 2 cm ginger
• 3 cloves of garlic

• 80 g almonds
• 180 g yogurt
• ½ tsp chilli
• ½ tsp cloves
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp garam masala
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp paprika powder
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 4 cardamom
• 400 g plum tomatoes
• 5 tbsp ghee
• 500 g chicken
• 4 tbsp double cream
