• 1 tablespoon sweet Onion minced
• 1/4 cup Flour
• 3 cups Chicken broth
• 6 ounce Uncle Bens Long grain & wild rice
• 1/2 teaspoon Salt
• 2 cups Boneless chicken cooked & cubed small
• 1 cup Milk or half & half
• 1 can Chicken noodle soup
• 1 Carrot grated
