Ingredients

• 9- in frozen pie crust
• 1 medium yellow onion, diced
• 2 cups broccoli florets
• 1/2 tsp greek seasoning
• 1/2 cup vegan mozzarella shreds
• 1 bottle Just Egg (12 oz)
• 1/4 cup unsweetened nutmilk (soy, almond, etc)
• 1/2 teaspoon Indian Black salt
• 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
• 1/2 cup vegan parmesan shreds
• 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
