Green bean and spinach salad Recipe

Ingredients

• 225g thin green beans, cut into 4cm lengths approx
• 2 cans of beans your choice, must be drained and rinsed: eg
• 1 x 400g cannellini beans
• 1 x 400g borlotti beans
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp cider vinegar
• 125g washed baby spinach leaves
