- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 2 heaped tablespoon Tikka Boti masala
- ½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 1 heaped tablespoon chicken spice (I used adegas)
- 1Tblsp lemon juice
- Add 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
- All the cubed fillets
- Add
- ½ cubed chunky green pepper
- 1 small onion cut in 4
- Add 250ml fresh cream
