• 100 g sliced chicken
• 100 g champagne ham
• 80 g mild salami
• 80 g chorizo
• 2 jumbo tortillas
• 2 cup 4-cheese melt or pizza cheese
• 1 ¼ cup passata sauce
• 2 tbsp barbecue sauce
• 1 cup sliced mushrooms
• 1 red onion, finely sliced
• 2 tbsp olive oil, plus extra, for brushing
• Chopped parsley, to garnish
• Salt & pepper, to taste
