- 4 cloves of garlic peeled and chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 cans of cannellini beans
- 1 can of plum tomatoes (Or a couple of chopped tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tsp Tabasco
- salt
- pepper
- 4 slices Toast I use Bills Organic Hemp Sourdough
