Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 6 green onions, finely chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• Generous dash of Tabasco sauce (optional)
• 6 to 8 catfish fillets
• Juice of 1 lemon
