• 1 ½ cups nondairy milk (if you use soymilk, make sure it’s organic)*
• 1 can organic coconut milk (Whole Foods 365 brand is fairly cheap)
• ¾ cup organic or raw sugar*
• 3 tablespoons arrowroot powder (or sub organic cornstarch)
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• superfood powders (or other vegan food coloring)
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• any sweet treat you happen to have around
