• Thin 2 md Tomatoes -- pear shaped
• 1/3 cups Ham, baked -- chopped
• ½ cups Golden raisins
• 3¾ lb Chicken
• ½ cups Port wine
• ¼ cups Brandy
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
• 1½ tablespoon Cornstarch
• 2 tablespoon Cold water
• 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
• Salt
• Parsley
