Creamy Pumpkin Hummus - Community Servings

Ingredients

• 15 oz can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
• 15 oz can pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling!)
• 2 cloves of fresh garlic, minced or grated
• 1/2 lemon, juiced
• 1/3 cup tahini
• 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup ice water
