• 1 recipe Lamb Chili Infused with Stout Beer (recipe here )
• 1 recipe Smoked Porter Black Beans (recipe here)
• 1 recipe IPA Sour Cream Sauce (recipe here)
• or
• 1 recipe Mole Infused Sour Cream (recipe here)
• 1 recipe Beer Cheese Sauce (recipe here)
• 1 bunch cilantro, fresh (washed and stems removed)
• 1 bottle Eat Beer Hot Sauce | Nor Cal Mole (available HERE , depending on heat level and use)
