Ingredients

• ½ kg chicken fillet cut into cubes
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon garlic
• ½ finely chopped onion
• Handful spring onion
• 1 teaspoon Ina paarmans Cajun spice
• ¼ teaspoon Robertson peri peri spice
• ¼ teaspoon Robertson lemon and herb spice
• ¼ teaspoon whole jeera
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• Plain low fat chunky cottage cheese .
