Ingredients

• Chicken drumsticks & thighs
• Fresh Rosemary
• 250 ml Clover Fresh Cream
• 250 ml Clover Classic Plain Yoghurt Based Dairy Snack
• 1 Tbsp Tomato paste
• 500ml White Wine – Chenin blanc
• 1 Clove Garlic – Crushed
• 1 Cup Chicken stock
• 1 Cup Jasmine rice
• 3/4 Cups Chutney
• Salt – to taste
• Chicken spice- to taste
• Fresh Red Chillies – to taste
• 8 Black mushrooms
• Bacon – diced
• 1 Tbsp Maizena
• 1 Onion – Finely Chopped
• 1 Handful of Clover Cheddar Cheese (Optional)
