- 200 g (2 cups) ground hazelnuts
- 200 g (1 cup) powdered sugar, sifted
- 125 g (1 cup) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 250 g (1 cup) egg whites, about 8 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- butter for greasing, about 30g (2 tablespoons)
- 1 Bundt pan - 2.4L (10 cups), 25cm diameter
