Ingredients

• potato leek soup, non dairy, Imagine brand
• 2 potatoes, chopped
• 3 carrots, chopped
• 5 asparagus, cut into 11/2 inch pieces
• 1 pound cloves of garlic
• 4 large garlic seasoning, 1 tsp.
• sea salt, 2 tsp.
• black pepper, 1/2 tsp.
• cayenne, to your liking
• potatoes, peeled and cut, 4 large
• leek, 1
• onion, diced, 1
• seasalt to taste
