• 8 taco shells
• 500g BBQ pulled pork (cooked, available in supermarkets)
• 1 cup, Shredded red cabbage
• 1 small red chilli pepper, finely chopped
• ½ red onion, finely diced
• 1 fresh mango, finely chopped
• Juice of ½ a lime
• Soured cream
• Handful fresh coriander leaves
• 1 cup Festival cheese (White Stilton with Mango & Ginger), crumbled
