Italian Meatballs | La Cucina Grandinetti

Ingredients

• 1 pound ground beef*
• 1/4 pound ground pork
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• 1/2 cups pecorino romano cheese
• 2 eggs
• 2 cloves fresh garlic, finely minced
• 2-3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/2 cups water to make meatballs soft
• *For the ground beef use a cut with higher fat content (less lean) to get softer meatballs. Or better yet, buy chuck roast and have your butcher grind it for you.
