Ingredients

• 1¼ cups whole milk

• 1½ cups strong brewed tea
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• ½ cup golden raisins
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon Mixed Spice
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1½ cups all-purpose flour
• ⅓ cup light brown sugar
• 1 package double-acting active dry yeast (2 teaspoons)
• ¼ cup Irish whiskey
• ¾ cup mixed candied peel
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ cup(1 stick) butter, softened
