Candied Pepperoni Beignets

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups flour, all-purpose
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp sugar, granulated
• 1/2 tbsp Kosher salt
• 3/4 cup sourdough starter
• 3/4 tsp yeast, dry , active
• 3/4 cup Buttermilk
• 2 fl. oz. oil, vegetable
• 8 cups Pink Confectioner Glaze, (see recipe below)
• 1 cup Crumbled Candied Pepperoni, (see recipe below)
