Ingredients

• 25g unsalted butter, melted and cooled
• 1 egg white

• 125ml (½ cup) milk, heated
• 2 egg yolks
• 5ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
• 240g (2 cups) cake flour
• 50g (¼ cup) sugar
• 12,5ml (2½ tsp) instant yeast
• 100g unsalted butter, softened, cut into cubes
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
