• 1 small onion, quartered

• 1 kg dorado, skinned, deboned and finely chopped
• 1 thick slice bread, soaked in ¼ cup milk
• 1 lemon, zested and juiced
• 1 T Woolworths seafood rub
• 1 t ground cumin
• 1 t ground coriander
• 4 T extra virgin olive oil
• 4 Woolworths ultimate hotdog rolls
• 1 red onion
• 150 g cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced
• 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
• 150 g tzatziki
