• 2 tablespoons butterscotch chips (melted)
• 3⁄4 cup packed light brown sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1⁄4 cup pecans, (chopped)
• 1⁄4 cup coconut, (shredded)
• 1⁄4 cup white chocolate chips
• 1 bowl shredded coconut for rolling
