Ingredients

• 1 medium onion
• 1 large clove garlic
• 1 small green bell pepper
• 1 tablespoon Santa Fe Olive Oil & Balsamic Company’s olive oil
• 1 can whole tomatoes, undrained
• 1 can tomato sauce
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves
• 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon fennel seed
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 7 or 8 ounces uncooked spaghetti, fettuccini or linguine
