• Large handful of spinach, washed
• 1 Large avocado, washed and chopped
• 3 Little gem lettuces, washed and quartered
• 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
• 1 teaspoon Runny honey
• 1/2 Cucumber, washed and sliced
• 3 Spring onions, washed and sliced diagonally
• 50 g Sundried tomatoes, washed
