Kale and Pumpkin Quiche - KARA

Ingredients

• 1 ¾ cups plain flour
• 1/3 tsp salt
• 1 stick (113g) unsalted cold butter
• 1 egg
• 1 egg yolk
• 2 tablespoon ice-cold water
• 700g pumpkin
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 5 eggs
• 200ml Kara UHT Coconut Cream
• 40ml evaporated milk
• ½ tsp dried chives
• 1 cup Kale, roughly chopped
• ½ cup mild cheddar cheese
