Ingredients

• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 1/2 cup onions, finely diced
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 cup potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes
• 4 cup beef broth
• 1 can tomato puree
• 1 can petite diced tomatoes, undrained
• 1/2 cup frozen corn
• 1/2 cup frozen peas
• 1/2 cup frozen carrots
• 3/4 cup short or soup pasta, uncooked
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp dried parsley
• 1/2 tsp dried basil
• salt and pepper to taste
