- 1 Large rib celery, chopped
- 4 clove Garlic, chopped
- 500 ml Shrimp stock, clam juice, or fish stock
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- ½ tsp Celery seed
- 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
- Salt to taste
- 3 Green onions, chopped
- Hot sauce, such as Tabasco, to taste
- 900 grams (2 lb) Shells from shrimp
- 1 Green pepper
- 2 clove Garlic, chopped
- 1 Celery rib, chopped
