• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 10 tsp instant coffee
• 1/2 tsp salt (divided)
• 2 1/4 cups flour
• 1 1/4 oz cornstarch
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 3/4 cup Irish whiskey (divided)
• 1 3/4 tbsp brown butter
• 1 2/3 cups confectioner's sugar
• 3 1/3 tbsp sour cream
• butter for greasing
