Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

• 6 ounces egg noodles
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1 yellow onion (chopped)
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
• 3/4 cup milk
• salt and pepper to taste
• 5 cups cooked (shredded chicken breast meat)
• 1 10 ounce package chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
• 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
